Gary Bell reported that the recent Zone 2 DE at VIR was a success with a number of participants from the Blue Ridge both running and volunteering. It was a financial success with good attendance.

There was discussion concerning the return of registration fees for number last cancelations due to weather. While no action was taken by the Board, it was generally agreed, this was a very bad precedent to set.
